Signal: 1 blink + 1s pause
The board's power-on self-test failed
Cause: Internal hardware fault at startup
Remedy: Power-cycle the display; if it persists, return/replace the board
2 blinksCAN bus reception timeoutCritical
Signal: 2 blinks + 1s pause
No messages received on the CAN bus for more than 5 s
Cause: CAN cable disconnected/damaged; motherboard off or not transmitting; termination misconfigured
Remedy: Check CAN-L / CAN-H wiring on J2–J3; verify the motherboard is powered and running; set J7-R120 termination ON if the display is a bus end
3 blinksCAN bus transmission errorCritical
Signal: 3 blinks + 1s pause
Problem transmitting on the CAN bus
Cause: Bus short or overload; wiring/termination issue; faulty node on the bus
Remedy: Inspect CAN wiring and termination; check other devices on the bus
4 blinksEEPROM read errorWarning
Signal: 4 blinks + 1s pause
Failed to read parameters from EEPROM
Cause: Corrupted stored parameters
Remedy: Reload parameters via Atlantis EVO / microSD; if persistent, return the board
5 blinksEEPROM write errorWarning
Signal: 5 blinks + 1s pause
Failed to write parameters to EEPROM
Cause: EEPROM worn or faulty
Remedy: Retry programming; if persistent, return the board
