32-bit lift control mainboard for machine-room and MRL elevators — EN 81-20/50 compliant, with integrated battery charger, UCM monitoring and RS232/USB programming.
The main board that runs a Movilift elevator controller — manages calls, positioning, doors, the safety chain and manoeuvre logic.
The BR200 is the brain of Movilift's manoeuvre controllers, engineered and produced in-house in Italy. Built around a 32-bit processor, it drives the complete elevator manoeuvre — call handling, floor positioning, door timing, safety-chain monitoring and drive control — for hydraulic, geared and gearless rope systems alike.
Certified to EN 81-20 and EN 81-50:2014, it integrates a 12 V battery charger, a stabilized signal supply and UCM redundancy monitoring, and supports the full range of manoeuvres. It is programmed on-board via its keypad or locally over RS232/USB.
