BR200

Before you begin

The BR200 ships pre-flashed with the latest manoeuvre firmware. Work only with the controller powered down and the safety chain open.

Mounting & wiring

1. Fix the board on the controller standoffs — do not overtighten.
2. Connect the 12–24 VDC supply to J1, observing polarity.
3. Wire the safety chain to the 24–110 VAC/DC input and the battery to the charger terminals.
4. Land the CAN serial bus to the Marlin display and the pushbuttons.

First power-up

1. Power up: the on-board keypad shows the firmware version.
2. Enter the parameter menu and set the floor count and door type.
3. Run a learning trip to map the shaft positions.
