Overview
The main board that runs a Movilift elevator controller — manages calls, positioning, doors, the safety chain and manoeuvre logic for up to 32 stops.
The BR400 is Movilift's top-of-range 32-bit control mainboard for machine-room and MRL passenger lifts, engineered and produced in-house in Italy. It runs the complete manoeuvre — calls, positioning, doors, the safety chain and drive control — for up to 32 stops over a serial CAN bus, with a rich set of manoeuvre types from simplex collective to duplex/triplex/quadruplex dispatch, plus firefighters, hospital and Shabbat modes.
Certified to EN 81-20:2020 and EN 81-50:2020, it integrates a 12 V battery charger, a 2 A stabilized supply and safety-chain monitoring, reads the shaft by magnetic switches, digital encoder or absolute magnetic tape, and stores the last 100 diagnostic events. It is programmed from the on-board keypad or an RS232 PC tool, updated over USB, and can be monitored remotely through the Movicontrol WebApp over GSM.

Compatibility
Mainboard for the Movilift controller range, in the same BR family as the BR200. Manages up to 32 stops in full collective over the proprietary serial CAN bus (DS301 CANopen), expandable with COP/LOP boards, or up to 24 via CHM wiring expansion. Connects to Movilift displays (Marlin family) and pushbuttons (Roma) over CAN, drives VVVF inverters, and supports up to 3 door operators and 16 floors with selective access. Remote monitoring via the Movicontrol WebApp (GSM).
