Overview
The main board that runs a Movilift elevator controller — manages calls, positioning, doors, the safety chain and manoeuvre logic for up to 32 stops.
The BR50L is Movilift's compact 32-bit control mainboard for small and mid passenger lifts, engineered and produced in-house in Italy. Despite its size it runs the complete manoeuvre — calls, positioning, doors, the safety chain and drive control — for up to 32 stops over a serial CAN bus, with the full Movilift manoeuvre set from simplex collective to duplex/triplex/quadruplex dispatch, plus firefighters, hospital and Shabbat modes.
Certified to EN 81-20:2020 and EN 81-50:2020, it integrates a 12 V battery charger, a 1.5 A stabilized supply and safety-chain monitoring, reads the shaft by magnetic switches, digital encoder or absolute magnetic tape, and stores the last 100 diagnostic events. It offers 15 settable I/O and up to 2 door operators, is programmed from the removable on-board keypad or an RS232 PC tool, updated over USB, and can be monitored remotely through the MoviControl WebApp over GSM.

Compatibility
Entry mainboard for the Movilift controller range, in the same BR family as the BR100, BR200 and BR400. Wired capacity of 16 (universal) / 8 (down collective) / 5 (full collective) stops, extended to 32 stops in full collective over the proprietary serial CAN bus (DS301 CANopen) with COP/LOP boards. Connects to Movilift displays (Marlin family) and pushbuttons over CAN, drives VVVF inverters, and supports up to 2 door operators, 16 floors with selective access and 15 settable I/O. Remote monitoring via the MoviControl WebApp (GSM).
