Overview
Measures cabin load and trips relays at the full-load, overload and custom thresholds; shows live weight on the cabin display.
The KILO System is Movilift's lift load-weighing device, built around latest-generation load cells and designed and produced in-house in Italy. Its main job is load limitation: it measures the weight on the cell and trips a relay when the load exceeds each programmed threshold — full load (CMP), overload (OVL) and a settable custom level (AUX) — with a buzzer output on overload. Cabin capacity is up to 800 kg.
It comes in three versions for any installation — CARGO with sensors under the car, ROPES with sensors on the ropes, and CELL with a sensor on the car sling. A CAN-bus port lets it show the live weight directly on Movilift serial displays, and all three relays are freely configurable as normally-open or normally-closed. Setup and two-step calibration (zero, then sensitivity with a known weight) are done entirely from the on-board keys and 4-digit display.

Compatibility
Works with any Movilift controller: the CMP (full load), OVL (overload) and AUX relays wire into the manoeuvre controller, and the live weight is shown on Movilift serial displays (Marlin family) over the CAN bus. Three versions cover every installation — CARGO (under the cabin), ROPES (on the ropes, 6–12 mm) and CELL (on the car sling). Up to 800 kg cabin capacity; relays freely set N.O. or N.C.
